At Herman Miller, we want our customers to have the most pleasant client experience possible. That means thinking about all of the little things that make up the collective ambiance, so our customers walk away happy. When we moved to our new location in Dallas we were challenged with newly constructed spaces as part of the customer experience, which included our kitchen and the bathroom. Finding a sophisticated way to use scent in the bathroom, that was in tune with our brand, presented yet another challenge. We wanted something people were going to wonder about the novelty of, and ask why we chose to go with something like that. Something that inspired curiosity. We chose Oojra because the branding looked clean and modern, so we thought we’d give it a shot. And I’m very glad we did! Straight away we could tell that this company took the same care and attention of its customers as we did. Oojra is different from other reed diffusers on the market. The scent is refined and distinct, unlike other scents which can overpower a space. The bottle has a handsome square shape which looks special, elevated and high end. The black reeds look chic and hold the scent extremely well. Overall, it’s unique, modern and elegant and we’re really happy we chose it.
