You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, (a) your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; (b) your item must be in the original packaging; and (c) your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase from either our Oojra online store or our Oojra Amazon store.
However, our customer’s happiness is our number one goal. We realize that fragrances are a personal preference and sometimes you may order one that you just don’t love. So if for whatever reason you don’t love the product you ordered even after you opened it, just contact us and we will do everything we can to take care of this for you.
