CJ’s tips for transforming your home with your reed diffuser:

1. Transform your entryway with a reed diffuser that sets the mood. “When someone walks into your house, they immediately start to experience the story of your space. The scent, the decor, the warmth and the ambient sounds come together to create an ambiance that says a lot about who you are. A light, beautiful fragrance will set the mood like no other element of your decor,” says CJ, who has traveled the world finding inspiration for her reed diffusers.

The line reflects CJ’s passion for exotic locations. “I wanted to bring the beauty and excitement of the world’s most exotic and beautiful places into the home. Jasmine from Thailand and lavender from France bring me back to those beautiful places as soon as I walk into a room.”

Once she was inspired by a fragrance, CJ played with natural essential oils to find the perfect blend. “I wanted the scents to be unique and memorable but also natural, so that when you walk by the diffuser you are transported back to a jasmine plant or an eclectic tea shop. That’s why it was important to use natural essential oils rather than chemical fragrances.”

And the reed diffusers are not just for the home. “Studio spaces are using Oojra reed diffusers to create a vibrant atmosphere, and businesses are bringing them into the workplace to relieve stress, promote productivity and make their clients feel more welcome,” she says.  Thai Jasmine Bamboo seems to be the favorite for business owners. “It’s not something I had realized would happen when I was creating the fragrances, but it’s exciting to see people receive the benefit of essential oil reed diffusers throughout their day.”

Another unexpected beneficiary of the line has been single men. “I get lots of feedback from men telling me that their dates and girlfriends gush over how good their home smells. Apparently Oojra’s Jasmine scent is their new dating secret!” CJ laughs.
